Everyone should have access to the most advanced sports medicine care at affordable prices.
The purpose of Colorado Athletic Training is to provide this level of service to weekend warriors and non-athletes.
My practice is built on the Burdenko Method, an advanced Russian Training strategy that focuses on the development of Balance, Coordination, Flexibility, Endurance, Speed, and Strength. Into this framework, I have integrated the most cutting edge sports medicine techniques to target body weaknesses to correct deficiencies, prevent injury, and enhance performance. Combine this with nutrition and psychology and you have everything you need to feel younger, move better and become ‘the best version of you!’
